You will be responsible for conducting research on financial markets to identify new trading opportunities. You'll develop and backtest quantitative trading models, and then deploy and monitor them in real-time. You'll also analyze performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize existing strategies, while managing risk across your portfolio.

You are a highly analytical and creative problem-solver with a strong background in statistics, finance, and programming (preferably Python, R, or C++). You have a deep understanding of financial markets and a proven ability to apply quantitative methods to solve complex problems. A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or economics is preferred.

Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus. We also appreciate experience with high-frequency trading platforms and familiarity with specific asset classes like equities, futures, or foreign exchange.
